If your credit/debit card has been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit/debit card, E&OE apply.

Returns Policy
You are entitled to a seven day cooling off period from the date of delivery, to allow you the time to evaluate your products for a full refund. During this time, you may return all or part of your order to us.
If your goods are faulty, you may return them within seven days for refund or replacement. In cases where you may have changed your mind, you are liable for all outgoing and return delivery costs, which will be deducted from the refund total, and all products must be in sealed and saleable condition. Unless your order is faulty, it will incur a 20% restocking fee.
If you do wish to return an item for any reason, please contact mail@mpstech.co.uk, and you will be issued a Returns Authorisation code. This will ensure we are prepared for your returns. Returns cannot be accepted without this code.
Privacy Policy
The MPS TECH's privacy policy is simple; your personal details are not passed on to any third parties apart from the necessary requirements to fulfil your order. All personal data is stored is accordance with the DATA PROTECTION ACT OF 1983 and is not stored on any website.
There are companies that we must share your details with. Information is passed to our delivery company including, but not limited to, Royal Mail, other courier services. Additionally, we may pass your details to fraud checking agencies should we feel this is required to prevent a fraudulent transaction. Please be aware that the companies we use have strict data protection policies and can not share your personal details either.
You can request a copy of all the details we hold for you. A fee of £10 is payable to cover administrative costs.
